Thumbnails for each file

We have a new portion of our website that allows users to upload photos and allow other users to pull them off and use them. When a user searches for a file, the file appears full size and causes you to have to scroll down quite a bit to find each photo because they are so large. I would like the to appear as a column of thumbnails. Is there a way to have a thumbnail automatically generated for each file that is uploaded so that the Digital File Pro page isn't cluttered by large images?

Yes, you can create thumbnails using Digital File pro 2. See the "Resizing Images with Digital File Pro" Tutorial in the how to section of the DFP Support page:
