Shipping problem

When I program my buy it now buttons I input $6.00 but when the orders are processed through paypal it says $10.00 for shipping.

and if I add an item it doesn't add the extra cost for each item.

In your PayPal profile you can configure shipping costs, so you may have a shipping charge that comes from here overriding what you have specified in the button. Do you have a link to the page with the button on it so that we can take a look?

It was in Paypal. I had to go to Profile-shiping configurations and turn it to inactive. now everything looks fine. Thanks for the help

The shipping settings in PayPal will always override the values specified in the button, so this is a good place to check whenever the shipping amounts do not seem correct. Glad to hear that you got it sorted out.
