The error indicates that you don't have an email server set up, and looking at the error it looks like you are working locally, which means that you don't have an email server set up locally. The error should go a way once you test your pages on a live server. (Assuming the liver server has an email server).

Yes. Please contact your hosting provider and inform them about the error that you are getting and you need to have an email server set up, and you will also need to get the outgoing email server setting which you will need to include in your WA_Globals.php file for the

$WAGLOBAL_Email_Server = "" ;

setting.

It sounds like your SMTP server may require authentication... which means you need to use PEAR and not Mail... this means you need to use Universal Email and edit your email server behavior to change to PEAR mail and enter the SMTP username and password.
