Error message after installing CSS sculptor 3

I've installed sculptor 3 and deleted the MacFileCache.dat file. I still get and error message when I try to open a page using sculptor. The Message is: while executing onload in wacs_serial.htm, the following javascript errors occurred
At line 214 of "Macintosh HD:Applications:Adobe Dreamweaver CS4:Configuration:Shared:Web Assist:CSSSculptor:Library:Shared_Ser_Mactivation.js":document.formLayer:document has no properties

What do I do to fix this?

The line of code referred to in this error message says that you are unable to connect to our activation server to activate the software. If you are running any security, virus scan or firewall software, please disactivate the software and try to run the software again. If you are unable to connect to the activation server still, please post back and we will open up a backend ticket to generate a license file for you.

Activation problem solved now there's another problem

When I use sculptor and click to start a new page it says that I must first open and existing page. I've just defined a new site and there are no existing pages on the site. Why do I get the message every time I try to open an new page with sculptor? Is it suppose to give me this message every time I want to open a new page?

The reason you have to have a page open is so that Dreamweaver will know what site you are working on. You have to create a page in your site (not using sculptor) and open it and then run sculptor.

My problem description is EXACTLY the same as this one. I work for a major UK university and removing the firewall is not something they will do for me. I would appreciate your generating a license file so I can use this product -- this is VERY frustrating!

I have opened a backend ticket so we can exchange some information so that I can generate the license file for you. You can check this ticket by logging in to your account on www.webassist.com and checking your support history.
