no checkout wizard

everytime i use the check out wizard I get an error

While executing onLoad in WA eCart
CheckoutWizard.htm the following JavaScript error(s)

In file "WA eCart CheckoutWizard":
initializeUI is not defined

then the program locks up
i'm using a mac G5

USPS and paypal was not connecting before this error

fix still need help

i figured out the javascript problem,

When i click on the the paypal button it says

Transaction Not Completed
We're sorry
Your PayPal transaction could not be completed.

It looks you are using Paypal express check out. the first thing to check is to make sure your credentials are correct and then make sure you are using the sandbox if you are using testing credential and not using the sandbox if you are not using the test credentials.

After that we can do a little more debugging to further determine the issue.
