Trouble reactivating CSS Sculptor

Recently upgraded to CS4. When I went to open new sculptor page, I had to reactivate with my serial code. When I type in the code, it says serial number verified. Click activate to complete online activation. When I click the activate button, nothing happens, no error, nothing.

Have you activated any of our other products on CS4? What operating system are you on and which version of the extension are you running?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that helps.

CSS Sculptor

Reinstalled and tried again. Still not working. If I rapidly click on the "Activate" button, I can see an error in red that says; "Unexpected error 1. Activation cannot be completed. Visit. webassist.com and submit a Technical Support Request."

Version 1 of Sculptor isn't compatible with CS4. You will have to upgrade to the latest version of the extension to be able to install it on CS4.
