SiteAssist Pro Error Presets Asset Directories!

Windows 7 ultimate
Dreamweaver CS4
SiteAssist 1.0.7

After going through the steps in the Presets Manager to make a new layout based from a Dreamweaver template I get the following error.

"Your presets asset directories (asset, home, homemenu, content, contmenu) could not be created. Please verify the file permissions of the presets directory."

I attached a screenshot of the issue

Could some one please help me with this issue?

thanks

I found the solution.

It seems that deleting the Dreamweaver cache fixes this one also.

Please provide steps to reproduce and the Dreamweaver version you are running. I'll try to reproduce the problem and see if it is an issue in the product or perhaps a permissions issue like the error implies.
