Love the settings page in admin.

When a user registers, they are taken to the Profile page. The Email Confirmation section is at the bottom of the page. I would prefer to see this at the top of the page. It is easy to miss at the bottom.

It would also be nice to have checkboxes in setup that allowed you to select which fields are required (eg Phone). This would eliminate some hand coding.

On the user registration page. It would be nice to tell them what the password requirements are before they get the error message. I've had complaints on this with the user registration pack.

The email verification link is non-clickable. I assume this is to decrease the chances of getting caught in a spam filter.
