Chart will not display if I apply a filter

Chart will not display if I apply a filter

Hello

I have managed to get the chart to display the data from a query I have designed in microsoft access. If I select the option to filter the data by url (so that the graph matches the specific data in a detail page) then I get a data parser error.

Has anyone else encountered this? Any help would be much appreciated.

can you provide a URL where I could see the problem to investigate the cause.

Hello and thankyou for the reply

Unfortunately I can't provide you a link that you can actually see. The page is running on a NHS Medical intranet server and contains patient information. I can paste the link so that you can see the query string if that might help.

the page is: outbreak_details.asp?outbreak_id=18

The graph will display properly on the above page if it connects to the database showing all outbreak_ids. But if I apply the filter that says outbreak_id = URL Paramater outbreak_id then the graph displays the data parser error.

This would be really useful on this page if I can get this working.

Many thanks in advance

John
