CSS Sculptor 3.0 No Interface Display

OnJan. 18/10, I upgraded to CSS Sculptor 3.0 from 2.0.
I un-installed 2.0 and installed 3.0, using the extension manager.
Started the extension from Dreamweaver CS4, I put in my serial code, was accepted but when the display refreshed I have no interface, just a blank box with "Eric Myers CSS Scupltor" displayed in the title bar.
I have deleted the WinFileCache.dat file, un-installed and re-installed the extension several time, deleted the WinFileCache.dat file each time, resatred my computer, to no avail. Same blank screen.
Extremely frustrating!! Please advise.

We were able to determine the issue was caused by some presets leftover from Sculptor V2. After uninstalling v3 and removing the presets and then re-installing, the issue was resolved.
