Error gone - Solution?!

I looked closely at the File
file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Stuart%20Ashing/Application%20Data/Adobe/Dreamweaver%209/Configuration/Shared/WebAssist/Preview/wafb.htm

which is a preview of the form.
at that a line was a tick box with out any references
I removed this and all was well.

Error Gone
