Can I merge Web Assist accounts?

I manage three separate Web Assist accounts that have been used over the years to purchase extensions. I would like to have the order history from all these merged into a single account if possible. It seems I was able to transfer an order from one to another before, but I don't see that option available any longer.

Can this be done? Please let me know and I will provide details. Thanks!
