confirm page issue

Hello,

I am testing powerstore before I populate and go live. I have paypal pro as the gateway and a SSL on my hosting site. for some reason when I submit my order I am not being redirected to the success or failure page. I am getting the confirmation emails OK though.

I have put in all the info needed for paypal and set the sandbox to false in the globals and in the confirm.php code so it should push through to the gateway.

I also searched this forum and tried the solution from the "confirm not proceeding to success page" thread without success. I also added the code to display errors but did not receive any errors.

The site I am testing is test/

Thanks.

Rob

Have you done any editing on the confirm.php page? It seems that the normal redirect that would occur is just not happening. In your globals file do you have test mode enabled? If so it may be responsible for this.

Please post back and describe what settings you have in your globals file without divulging any sensitive details. Along with this info post back with a copy of your confirm page and I can help you determine what is going wrong by adding in some debug code to this page.

Eric,

Thanks for the direction. I copied the original confirm.php file into my folder the set the testing to false (in the confirm code) and it redirected fine.

Now I am not getting any of the email confirmations that I was before.
I set the $WAGLOBAL_Email_Server to godaddys server with and without the "smptout."
(following a suggestion in another post)

It is also not pushing my order to paypal.

I have my globals set up as:
$WAGLOBAL_Gateway = 1;
$WAGLOBAL_Test_Mode = false;
$WAGLOBAL_Paypal_Sandbox = "false"; /

$WAGLOBAL_Authnet_Sandbox = "TRUE";
$WAGLOBAL_Authnet_login = "";
$WAGLOBAL_Authnet_tran_key = "";

My email settings are as they were when it worked with the exception of the email server.

Thanks for the help, I need to get this live this week.

Regards,
Rob

Eric,

My apologies, I had a moment...not enough caffeine or sleep.

When I copied the known issue files into my site folder I just dragged the folder instead of copying the individual files so I overwrote all the original files in the WA_Universal_Email folder. I copied the originals then added the "known" files and it works fine.

It also pushes the order through now (not sure why).

Thanks again!
Rob

That is great to hear, sometimes a little sleep and a cup of coffee will go a long way. Let us know if you have any additional questions or if you run into any further problems.
