Safari for Windows Failure

Safari for Windows Failure

I have tested my shopping cart in the most common/latest browsers on three separate PCs. All are fine (FireFox, IE6/7, Opera, and Google Chrome). I have not tried Safari on a MAC. When I use Safari for Windows, the eCart4 checkout transaction fails upon exiting the confirmation page. The PayPal page message says "Sorry, your last transaction could not be completed". It says to return to the site where the transaction originated and restart. I have tried that, but still no success. Any ideas why Safari for Windows would have this problem?

FYI, I am using PayPal Payment Standard.

Thanks,
Robert

Maybe your cookie settings? Do you have a url where I can try to checkout with safari to see the problem?

It looks like paypal doesn't support Safari because it doesn't have some necessary security features:

Thanks Ray. I checked another eCart site of mine with Safari and discovered the same thing, and based on the above article, I understand why now.
