Error when saving data from Registration Page

Error when saving data from Registration Page

I'm getting the following error when I complete the Registration Page and click on the "Register" button:

Provider (0x80004005)
Unspecified error
/mstest1/ca/participant_data_Registration.asp, line 259

Line 259 of the participant_data_Registration page is as follows:

MM_editCmd.ActiveConnection = MM_editConnection;

I'm having a similar issue with the participant_data_Profile page. If I enter the registration data directly to the database that data does come up on the participant_data_Profile page but when I click on the "Update" button, I get a simillar error.

Any help you can give me in fixing this problem will be greatly appreciated. If you need additional information let me know.

See the following page for details on the possible causes of this error:
80004005-errors.html

most likely, the IUSR_<MachineName> user does not have read write execute permissions on the database.
