Problem with the installation

I just purchased and installed Universal Email 3 on my Mac and i am getting the following error twice when i open Dreamweaver CS3:

"While executing onLoad in WAMemento_onOpen.htm, a JavaScript error occurred."

Then when i open a form and click on "Insert > WebAssist > Universal Email" i get the following error:

"While executing DWMenu_Insert_Webassist_UniversalEmail_WAUE command in menus.xml, a JavaScript error occured."

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the extenion, but I still get the error.

Try deleting your cache file:

Deleting my cache resolved the error i would see when i opened dreamweaver, but i am still getting the following error when i click on "Insert > WebAssist > Universal Email":

"While executing DWMenu_Insert_Webassist_UniversalEmail_WAUE command in menus.xml, a JavaScript error occured."

Could you send me the menus.xml file? It should be located here:
Hard disk: Users: <Your User Name>: Library: Application Support: Adobe: Dreamweaver 9: Configuration: Menus

It looks like in your file, some characters were getting encoded when they were written to it. I am attaching a file that you should replace your existing file with. Let me know if that resolves the issue.

Which version of the extension are you running?

Is there a line number referred in the error?

I am using version 3.0.7.

There is no line refereed in the error. I attached a screen shot of what i get when i click on "Universal Email".

Try accessing Universal email through the server behaviors panel. Do you get the same error if you access the extension from there?
