Form builder and other WA extensions will not load

With no previous problems none of my WA extensions will load in Dreamweaver. I get various error messages.

The first is "the following translators were not loaded due to errors:
The following javascript errors have occurred:
Unable to open script file" C:\Program Files (x86)\adobe\adobe dreamweaver


The other extensions didn't work at all either, until I did a repari reinstlal on dreamweaver and now some of them work.

i have already tried deleting the wincache.dat file with no improvement, even restarting and deleting. I have attached a screenshot to help.

Swift assistance would be greatly appreciated as I heavily use wa extensions in our production environment

Have you installed or uninstalled any extensions prior to the errors occurring?

This looks like your configuration folder may have been corrupted. Here are some steps you can take to recreate the configuration folder:
