A simple example to retrieve data from cookie

A simple example to retrieve data from cookie

Can someone provide a very simple step by step instruction to set up one field in one form and pass that data to a second webpage where I can see the data (both in a form field) and as text? I can not seem to find this simple instruction and no instructions tell how to retrieve the data in a visible format. All instruction is geared towards saving data. Although this sounds basic, none of the recipes or tutorials address these basic need.

Displaying a cookie value is included under the Insert->WebAssist->Display Cookie. Then you select the cookie you want displayed. You set the cookie in the same way you would for any of the other situations.

Thanks Jimmy

It works and I knew it would be simple. So simple that Mark Fletcher decided not to include this last step in any of his tutorials

I apologize that this was not documented. If you run into any additional issues, feel free to make a new thread.
