Dreamweaver 9 will not run CSS Form Builder

Each time I try to create a form, the screen just freezes as if it is trying to perform the task and just keeps running. It is a simple form but I need it to be submitted to an email address not located on the website. I want the data from the form to go to an email.
the form is on the Contact Us page of the site: masterpaintersnj.com

I gave up. Now I simply want to use Universal Mail

And I can't, because it is greyed out in the WA menu in Dreamweaver.

It looks like you are trying to use a html page. Dynamic pages have to use php pages.

all the WA extensions freeze

I have downloaded the and installed the files you suggested. When I try to use any of the WA extensions, they just freeze as if they are trying to process and can't.

It seems that you are getting the interface to appear correctly but it is just not wanting to proceed after this. Do you get an error anytime after the interface opens?

This looks like you might be experiencing a problem with the preview. As a test of this open your DW and before you use the tools go to Edit > WebAssist Preferences. In here select preview and disable it. Once you have done this give it a try again to see if you get any further along. Please post back and let us know what your result is.
