Link to email confirmation page does not work

After registering I receive an email with the following:

Please follow the link below in order to verify this email address:
users_Confirm.php?ID=4&code=vjAESa1qKFJ2tzxF4CIy

I click the link, and get the following message:

Page Not Found
We cannot locate the page you're looking for. Please check the address and make sure all letters are lowercased with no spaces. You may also move to a different page by using the links in the menu bar above.

The URL in the Address line of my browser is:

users_Confirm.php?ID=4&code=vjAESa1qKFJ2tzxF4CIy

What do I have to do to correct this?

Thanks!

make sure the $WAGLOBAL_Root_URL in the WA_Globals file is set correctly.

the $WAGLOBAL_Root_URL should go to the root of the directory you have uploaded the user registration solution pack.

If the user registration solution pack file are uploaded to:
userReg

the root url needs to be set to:
$WAGLOBAL_Root_URL = "http://www.yourdomain.com/userReg/" ;

I did have the paths wrong. When I copied the folder into Dreamweaver, I let it update the links - big mistake! It caused all of my problems. I deleted my folder and copied in the original folder again without updating the links. I input my systme info, and everything worked beautifully!
THANKS!
