Cannot get to Login Page or User Profile Page

I've created a page on my site with links to Register (users_Registration.php), Login (users_LogIn.php), and Update Profile (users_Profile.php).

When I click Register, all works well.

When I click Login, I get this error message:
Warning: require_once(../../registration/WA_SecurityAssist/HelperGroupsRulesPHP.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /data/21/1/13/53/1991705/user/2177553/htdocs/registration/WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php on line 1

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../../registration/WA_SecurityAssist/HelperGroupsRulesPHP.php' (include_path='.:/usr/services/vux/lib/php') in /data/21/1/13/53/1991705/user/2177553/htdocs/registration/WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php on line 1

When I click Update Profile, I get this error message:
Warning: require_once(../../registration/WA_SecurityAssist/HelperGroupsRulesPHP.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /data/21/1/13/53/1991705/user/2177553/htdocs/registration/WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php on line 1

You can access the orginal page at:
database.html
This page is not connected to any other pages within the web site yet. I want to test everything before I put links to it.

Any ideas on what's going on?

Thanks!

The paths seem to be wrong in line 1 of 'registration/WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php'

In that line, try changing:

../../registration/WA_SecurityAssist/HelperGroupsRulesPHP.php

to:

registration/WA_SecurityAssist/HelperGroupsRulesPHP.php

(i.e. - remove the ../../)

Thanks!

I did have the paths wrong. When I copied the folder into Dreamweaver, I let it update the links - big mistake! It caused all of my problems. I deleted my folder and copied in the original folder again without updating the links. I input my systme info, and everything worked beautifully!
THANKS!
