Surveyor error issue

I am attempting to run Surveyor on Mac Os 10.4.11 CS3 after choosing create from site and finishing this error appears (TypeError: this.sitedomain.match(this.pathURLPat) has no properties.

I don't know what this error is, I check and recheck the paths they seem all correct , what am I doing wrong?

I moved this to a new thread as the error you are getting does not seem to be the same as the one in the original thread.

When it comes to this error occurring have you tried deleting the cache file or clearing out your configuration folder to rule out a bad install or corrupt file? Here is a link to the common installation issues pdf that we have that covers the steps for deleting the cache file.

If you perform these steps and still have this problem it may be a corruption of the configuration that is causing the problem. Here is a link to a post with the steps you can take to rename this file and undo any corruption that may be present:
