PowerStore Coupons

I have Powerstore2 and eCart.

I need to add a discount coupon to PowerStore but the only reference material covers doing this in ECart. The Cart.php file in my Powerstore installation doesn't let me edit the cart options as shown in the ECart example. I receive the error, "While executing timer in WA eCart Object.htm a Javascript error occured."

No that didn't work either.

I created a form "MembDisc" on the cart page with a checkbox named "Member" with a checked value of "Member." All I want to do is have the cart subtotal reflect a 10% discount if the box is checked.

Do you have a code snippet I can paste into the WA_Store_Cart_PHP.php page to complete this task? I don't envision needing to change the cart object beyond that.

Follow these instructions

Here is a checklist of how to create a coupon for your store.

It works, I've tried it.

I'm sure that if I could edit the cart object that would work fine. The problem is that I can't open the ecart object.

Since this is such a basic function I was sure a code snippet would exist.

If you have eCart

renny...if you have eCart you should be able to open the eCart object.

Did you actually purchase eCart and also Powerstore seperately? Or just PowerStore?

If you are getting this error when attempting to edit the eCart object then there may be a problem with either the cache file or your configuration folder. In the link that Office Guy provided there are instructions for both of these. Please give these a try and if they do not work let us know.
