I am unable to launch the css sculptor within dreamweaver. I get error message "In file wacs_wizard, initializeUI is not defined" I have re-installed and deleted the WinFileCache.dat file. Still not cooperating

Try step 1:

Solving problems with Dreamweaver

Just noticed that you tried deleting the cache, but there is some additional information there on the order. If that doesn't work, you might have to move down the list of steps.

Were you able to activate the extension? Which version of the extension are you running?

Also, make sure that you have extension manager and dreamweaver closed when deleting the WinFileCache.
