Using UE with paypal

Using UE with paypal

Hello,
I am trying to setup a registration form for a sporting event and would like to get the page to- when the submit button is clicked- email to me all the info from the fields they filled out- then send them to paypal to pay for their registration. I can get it to send me the registration info no problem but how do I get it to basically add the registration to their cart and begin the checkout procedure with paypal?
To make things even more complicated they can sign up for 1,2, or 3 divisions (a different cost for each one.
Thanks,
Tren

In regard to the error that you are getting, it looks like you are including the ASP JS file instead of the ASP VB.

Are you running an ASP JS(javascript) or VB(visual basic) site?

Hi,
I think its a javascript page, sorry I am a bit new to this stuff. I deleted all the includeds off the server then uploaded the page containing the UE clicking the include all dependent files but I am still getting the same error. I have a page on the same site that I setup the exact same way that is working fine
contact.asp

What gives with the registration page?

registration.asp

Please send me a zip that contains your registration.asp , contact.asp and the Universal Email folder to debug the issue a little further.

Thanks for the file. It looks like you are using ASP JS. and in order to use ASP JS, you need to put this line of code at the top of the page:

<%@LANGUAGE="JAVASCRIPT" CODEPAGE="65001"%>

Dreamweaver usually automatically includes those files if you started from DW file.

btw, i see in the Universal Email folder that have _VB.asp files which you could remove since you are not using VB.

The website cannot display the page
HTTP 500
Most likely causes:
a.. The website is under maintenance.
b.. The website has a programming error.

What have I done wrong?
Thanks for the awesome support!

The means that the from address you are using "jpardy@clearwire.net" is not an address registered with the ASPEmail SMTP server.

The SMTP Server is configured to relay only if the from address is one that is registered on the same domain. It does not recognize the address "jpardy@clearwire.net" as being valid. Check with your host for the correct from address to use.
