Cpanel & Host name issue

Cpanel & Host name issue

I'm trying to set up PowerGallery on a site running Cpanel. While the video tutorial is helpful for those hosted on 1&1, it's not much use for sites running Cpanel. I can't figure out what my host name is. I've tried several things - the name of the server, the account name, etc. - but none of them work.

Does anyone know where I can look in Cpanel to find a host name that'd make the PowerGallery installer happy?

neilo

Are you referring to the database hostname? If so, the likelihood is that it will be 'localhost'.

You're right, of course. I'd tried that and it didn't work, so I assumed it wasn't right. I must have had the password entered incorrectly.

Thanks for the quick reply, you salvaged my day.
