Text Appearing on Satellite View

I have Google Maps working as expected. My issue comes with the text that appears at the bottom of the map when in Satellite or Hybrid view. This is contained within the “wagmp_map_1” div, a class of “gmnoprint” the span includes text related to the copyright being held by DigitalGlobe.

My map is only 350px wide and as such, the text related to the copyright spans wider than the map which looks terrible! I understand from the Google Maps API site, I must not disturb any copyright information, any suggestions on how to legally fix this?

Do you have a url where I can view the problem? I will look and see if I have any suggestions (not too optimistic, because it is hard to code your way around a legal requirement, but I'll look).
