Are there any files in the cms that can be deleted? Like some of the languages or other stuff? The reason I ask, is that the upload process takes forever on my connection. In fact, it ususally times out a couple of times while uploading. Then I have to have DW sync, to find out what didn't load.... bleck.

I have found that it is the iRite folder that contains most of the files and can cause the upload to be delayed. You may want to temporarily back this folder up to a different location before you sync the whole site. The files in the iRite folder should not be updated when editing the PowerStore so it should not effect anything to just leave the version on the server the way it is.

Another thing to speed up would be to create a tar file and just upload the entire tar in one ftp action and then unpack it right on the server (if you have shell access).
