Removing "fieldset_group_" from form output

I am using the form output template provided in your Contact Form Solution Pack. It works great but in front of the label, it's adding "fieldset_group_". A Name output would show up as "fieldset_group_Name" in the formatted email. Is there a way I can disable this is CSS Form Builder? If I were to remove it from the completed form, I can no longer open it in Form Builder so I assume I will need to do this within the program.

Thanks in advance.

What are the steps you are taking to get the form altered like this? I have tried to get this result in my testing, I took the contactus page and highlighted the form on the page and from the insert bar added CSS Form Builder. I left the form part alone and gave it a new design, then finished. In the page I have the fields with what look like their regular names. If I could reproduce the problem the same as you are experiencing it I would have a better chance of finding a solution to the problem. Please post back with this info and if you can include the form from the page so I can have an example of your output.
