Are you trying to access Universal email through Insert->WebAssist->Universal Email?
You can also try accessing Universal email through the Server behavior panel.
After installation of universal email - it is greyed out and not accessible. I have not even entered by authentication code... any ideas?
Hi,
First check that your site is correctly set up, - see this thread: showpost.php?p=20333&postcount=2
As neilo said, you will need to have a page open that has a server language specified. If you do not have this set up, Universal Email will be grayed out. Please let us know whether or not this was the issue.
I had the same problem, then created a php page and Universal Email opened fine. But I am rather disappointed as this was supposed to be easy to use and I wanted to use it on my html forms. So now I have to use all my forms in php? Surely I am missing something here.
Trying to use this in conjuction with CSS FormBuilder, which does not require you to go to php to create a form. Thought this would just add the verification and database functionality to exiting forms.
Web servers have to know when to process PHP code. The standard way to do this is to put it on a page with a .php extension.
