checkout process problem with paypal pro

Hi,

Thanks for you reply to javascript error on ecart, I tried where clause without quotes, but still there is javascript problem, then I removed where cluase, applied add-to-cart button, and again kep where clause in recordset, it is working fine, i dont know, is it good practice, will it create problem in future,

I get result, but now I get problem with check process, not able to either go paypal site,(as express checkout or transaction on site working)

details are

gateway: paypal pro- usa

shipping service step 1 of 1

I selected No thanks

Orders:
step 1 of 2

I selected NO thanks check box

email:

I select No thanks, I will handle the receipt myself check box


In design step 2 of 2

I have kept cart/ as my site url

I did not get any response from paypal website

Please check this issuek, as this process only creating problem, beta release is ahead for this site

When I click on expresscheck out page, it will redirect to /pp_checkout_failure.php

if you want I will send paypal account information I mean api information

Paypal pro checkout problem

Dear web assist team,

I dont understand this, why you dont answer to thread orderwise, I posted my thread, did not get response, and your team is answered to thread, which posted later, ok


My problem is I added checkout processes for my shopping cart, not able to either express checkout or direct payment work

Please, help me, as I did not sleep, time is 1 a.m here, you please understand this

thanks for you reply, I did not find local response, in binding panel (I follow exact path, how it is mention in pdf files).

Please after waiting 5-6 hrs, I get this reply, which is not useful for me right now as I did not find local response, please understand my problem

Time is 2.50 am here, I am still working on this issue, but did not get solutions, from your end also, please give me good solutions

Where are you looking for the local response? Make sure you are looking in the bindings panel. I am sending a screen shoot showing where it is located.

Error Code 10002 checkout wizard

Hi,

I added local response on checkout failure page and get 10002 error code, please tell me how to solve this issue, as beta release for this cart is near, I am getting frustration with checkout process

Error code 1002 is:
Security error, Security header is not valid.


This error occurs when there is a problem with the API Credentials being used.

It can occur if you are Using Live API Credentials but have set eCart to use the paypal sandbox, or vice versa.

It can also occur if you do not accept the billing agreement with paypal after you request the api credentials.

Hi

I deleted api and created new credential, granted direct payment, express check out and billing privillages, now I can able to land to PayPal website (when I clicked PayPal express checkout).



Here, I did not find product, quantity and price, page display only my client website, I did not try to pay still, I dont know whether, it will redirect me successfully on my client website or no

I am still facing 1002 security code on credit card check

Please I spent 4 days on this small issue, did not find solutions, I dont have patience now, as my client will cancel project, please tell me is there any way to get interactive response from your end, or create private ticket for me, I will send you urls

Please, please solve this issue, I did not expect these type of errors will be come

I have created a support ticket for this.

In reality, this is not a problem I can solve for you. the problem is being caused by the API credentials you are using.


either they are sand box credentials, and you have set ecart to use the live server, or they are live credentials and you have set ecart to use the sand box server.

I have recieved ticket creating link from you side, and I asked you, can I send my live paypal api details, is it safe, I did not get any response to this question from you side. Please I dont understand your working style and time, for one issue I spent 5 days


Today,please resolve this, my client will cancel this project
