Upgrade Order Problem - Submit a Regular Support Ticket to my Support History

I need you to open up a regular support ticket for me, today, for the upgrade order that I just made. Your system said that SecurityAssist had an available upgrade for me and I went ahead and made the purchase. However, I see that the upgrade is only

SecurityAssist 1.1.7 to 1.1.8
Cookies Toolkit 3.1.1 to 3.1.2

This is not a true upgrade transition and I have been cheated. I want my money returned to me ASAP.

I really don't like this form of support at all

I really don't like this form of support at all. I have to wait who knows how long, for a WebAssist employee to come across my post in the forums so that they can open a real support ticket, when in fact this is in direct relation to an order that I just made. This is not right.

neilo

There is currently (and for a few days now) a glitch in the WebAssist Upgrade system.

Any 'dot' release upgrade (i.e. 1.1.7 to 1.1.8) should be free.

I have in the upgrade section in my account an invitation to upgrade SecurityAssist for $52.49. I already own the latest Security Assist (1.1.8)

If it were me, I would contact Sales directly for a refund. contact-us.php

thanks

Thanks, Jason. I was able to get it resolved with sales. It apparently is a glitch in the webassist.com system. So, I exchanged the items for something else. :-)
