Change with of main bar and individual sections

Hi,

I was looking to do two things:-

1) Change the total width of the main nav bar. It seems set on a default size so when I increased my sections they now go under each other rather than on top of each other.

2) I'd like to make the main nav boxes different sizes so that the rollovers reflect the width of each section, rather like these people do it:- www.simple.co.uk/ see how news is shorter than shop online.

Can this be done? I'm sure 1) can be not sure on 2).

Thanks for any help.

For the width as in the news item I think you just set the width to be auto Simon. Set a padding and then the items should each shrink or grow to fit the length of text.
