Installation with CS4

Hi I have just bought your extensions few days ago, installed them using the extension manager as instructed but when I want to launch the extension to register them I have the following message(see attached image). I have checked the path and it's actually empty. I'm using CS4 and a Mac PC G5 Dual 2Ghz with Mac osx 10.5.8
