Error Generating Form......

I un-installed and re-installed FB as well deleted the .dat cache file, but I am still getting these errors when creating forms in FB.

Error generating form:
TypeError: this.themeArray[tGroup]
[tProp].toLowerCase is not a function

And then I get hit by another error right after clicking OK on the previous error dialog box.

While executing onChange in WAFB_AddForm.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occured:
At line 3842 of file "....../Adobe Dreamweaver CS4:Configuration:Shared:Webassist:FormBuilder:Shared.js": dest has no properties.

Any clues or suggestions how I can get it to function without getting tons of errors?

What version of dreamweaver are you running and what operating system are you using?

When you're creating a form, does this error occur for all forms you have created or just a specific one? If its a specific form, what steps are you taking to design the form?

Jimmy,

I am using OSX 10.6.2 and CS4. I have both tried editing a form that I had, as well when creating one from using the any from the built-in templates in FB. I tried just doing one without any template as well, but got errors when it tries to preview the form in FB.

I have tried to create forms in php from the insert-webassist-CSS FB as well straight from the Webassist dock.

Do you know if this might have issues due to other extensions I have installed?

What other extensions do you have installed? I was unable to reproduce the same error using the same setup.
