Menus not displaying correctly

Please tell me why this menu is not working. Did I miss a step or something? I have copied all the files over to my site, made sure the names are correct, but the menus are still not working. I haven't put in the "links", but the menus should still show correctly and they do not. Please help..it's driving me batty! index3.html

Hiya,

It displays OK in FireFox,but not IE.

You don't have a Document Type above the head of your page. Try adding this right at the beginning of your page (in code view):

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
