User Interface Error

Thread began 12/06/2009 1:39 pm by cwilhite352571 | Last modified 12/08/2009 12:07 pm by Jason Byrnes | 2320 views | 6 replies |

User Interface Error

When I start the CSS Sculptor, the serial number validates fine; however, this is what the user interface menu looks like. There are no buttons and no functionality. In fact, the only way to get out of the screen is to hit ESC. This also happens with the Preset Manager.

I have tried all of the tricks: deleting the .dat file, deleting the Configuration file and reinstalling, etc. etc.

Can someone please help??????

I have a Mac running OSX version 10.5.8 with Dreamweaver CS4

Thanks

Have you run any Mac updates recently?

Also, if you scroll down and click on the broken images, that doesn't work either? Have you had any previous versions of Sculptor installed prior to installing this version? If you did, did those work for you?

What version of CSS Sculptor are you using?

This is a problem that was introduced with Quick Time Version 7.6. The issue has been fixed in newer versions of CSS Sculptor, Please visit the Download center to download the most recent version of CSS Sculptor, if you have a previous version installed, make sure to uninstall it from the extesnion manager before installing the newer one.

I have updated all of my mac software. It checks daily and stays up to date.

CSS Sculptor is 3.0.0. It is the most recent version available to me in my downloads. I have never had a previous version of CSS Sculptor. I have uninstalled and reinstalled...doesn't work.

Also, the links do not work and nothing shows in the menus.

Should I uninstall and reinstall quicktime?

What links are you referring to that dont work?

do you perhaps have special characters like an apostrophe in your system hard drive name, for example "Jason's Mac"?

All of the areas where the buttons in the images that i attached before didn't load will not work. The UI is completely unresponsive except for pressing esc to close the window. I don't get any javascript errors either.

There is no apostrophe or special characters in the name of the computer.
