Serial number is correct but won't work

I have pro maps 1.0.6 for google and the serial number on my order downloads is not working:
###### The Online activation says it is invalid.
This is the first time this has happened to any of my WA apps.

I sent this message to sales with my valid number and they concurred and said I should post here for a support ticket:

You also do have available activations for that Extension, so I cannot seem to figure out why you are experiencing this. I had a similar issue, - bought an extension, went straight to the download centre and took the serial number from the download page and tried to activate.

It only activated after I followed the link from the received confirmation email from WebAssist after purchase, logged in to the account and copied and applied the serial number again.

That, at least was the order of events, the fact that it worked this way may be purely coincidental!

Now Working

Not sure what happened, if the fix was on your end or what, but when I rebooted today and tried to enter my serial number, the number was accepted today.

I have control of pro maps again.

I have not yet opened a ticket for you on this issue so I will assume that it was just some sort of fluke or server issue. Let us know if you experience the problem again.
