java script error Edit Contents Add icon

Recently installed menu writer 2.03 and Web Assist.
Use Dreamweaver CS3 on PC.

After I have created a menu, I want to edit it.
When I open Menu writer, then Edit Contents and then choose Add Icon,
I get error message

While executing onClick in wamv_content.html, a Java script error occured. OK
This stops me progresing.

I cannot find Add new static link or Add new dynamic link boxes.

I have this problem in both a template page and also on a blank page in CS3.

Perhaps someone could help with this...sorry I am new to using Menu and webassist products. Struggling alone here as a beginner and could not find this question on forum.

Have you tried deleting the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf
