Cannot activate

Cannot activate

I purchased 4 programmes last night. Went to activate the first one this morning and could not as a box told me I was not connected to the internet.

I disabled antivirus and firewall in Bitdefender as suggested, still it claimed i had no internet connection.

Strange thing is I had no problem accessing this forum from the link in the box which said I had no internet connection.

Perhaps somebody can advise how I can activate my four products to save me asking for a refund.

I would try step 1:
Solving problems with Dreamweaver
146/

Manly because it's easy. These problems are quickly solved by the WA guys, so you might have to wait until Monday.

Let us know if clearing the cache helped.

Nope tried that before posting. Have since unistalled Dreamweaver and installed fresh copy, still no joy and no answer from support?
