Using Universal Email to modify the User Registration Solution Pack

Hi,

I am trying to modify the User Registration Pack with Universal Email so that it can support AuthSMTP email delivery. Has anyone figured this out already as I have gone from pre-built solutions and wizard based plugins to PHP and it is way beyond my skill level.

If anyone has a guide to modifying the WA_Globals file and what ever else needs changing it would help as a am rolling out this members area in the next few days and it cannot function with out email verification.

Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

First you need to define a site in Dreamweaver. See the follo0wing for information on defining your site:

Once you have defined your site, extract the Contact form solution pack files to the root of the site.

now, open the contact us file, in the server Behaviors list, double click the Universal Email server behavior to edit it.

You can change the mail Object to Pear Mail for SMTP, then enter the correct information for the Pear Mail server.
