Problem with Google Maps Pro and Form Builder

I have a page with Pro Maps for Google on it which works fine.

After adding the PMG, I used CSS Form Builder to add a form below the map so that the user could put in a "from" destination and then get the directions.

I then linked the form fields to the PMG, and everything works fine.

However, as soon as they submit their entry the Google map refreshes with the directions, but the form below pops up all the validation error text. I also noted that the URL shows:
ourlocation.php?invalid=true

What am I doing wrong?

Screenshot of the form after is included for reference.

It is impossible to tell what is wrong without seeing the problem in a browser.

If you could post the page live and include a URL where we could see the problem, we can probably spopt the issue fairly quickly.

URL to check

Here it is:

ourlocation.php

Just fill in a valid address in the form below, then click Get Directions. When the page refreshes you will see the problem in the form below the map with directions.

Thanks,

Try binding the initial value of the form elements.

For each form element, select it in Design view, in the property inspector, click the lightning bolt next to initial value and select the correspond element from the form collection.

For the select list, you will need to click the Dynamic button in the property inspector and click the lightning bolt next to Select Value if Equal to.

Jason,

I tried your suggestion, but the behavior remains the same: After the page refreshes, the validation error text shows next to the form's controls.

What next?

Hmmm, strange, can you send a copy of the ourlocation.php page so I can examine the code?

There are 4 instances of the Server side validation on the page.
