The code added to the page by the eCommerce toolkit is a collection of form elements. One of thoser form elements is the submit button, the src attribute points to the image to display:

<input type="image" name="submit" border="0"
src="https://www.paypal.com/en_US/i/btn/btn_buynow_LG.gif"
alt="PayPal - The safer, easier way to pay online">

you can change the src attribute to point to your custom image.

Paypay Url or customization

Ok when I put in the url to my custom image does it have to be on a paypal site? Or can it be a url to a site the host images?

Buttons

I would like to know if I put the button or the image onto the site that i am building will it show up? When i pointed it to the source it was blank.

The button's src attribute must point to a valid location to the image you would like to show. So long as you have the source pointing to a valid image it will show this image as the button. Do you have a link or source of the button that we can see?
