Same trouble as neileisen207079

I hope I am not breaking forum etiquette here by repeating an issue on another thread. I am having the same trouble as neileisen207079 in the post below.

showthread.php?t=7041

On the "transaction failed" page, I get the error that says, "This transaction has been completed, but the total of items in the cart did not match the total of all items."

Since neileisen207079's trouble ended in a ticket, I thought would check to see what the solution is.

Have you defined any custom calculations in the cart? or added any discounts, charges, taxes or shipping rules?

If so can you post back what they are?

Sure thing.

The purchasing function is password protected (so people can access digital goods), so you will have to create a member account if you want to see it.

Have tried registering 2 different accounts and cannot login to view the problem.

Sorry about that, Jason.

Either one of the accounts that you created should work now.

Thanks so much for looking into this for me.
