Activation fails
I upgraded to the annual extension library now the activation does not accept the password. I get ewrror:-2

I reset the activations, It would help if someone had told me this when I upgraded from monthly to annual.

So resetting your activations got this working for you rite? When you were getting the error before was there any message other than the -2? There should be a message accompanying the error that let's you know the nature of the problem. Please let us know about this and I can look into it if there is a problem.
No it just said something about Unknow error:-2 and a link to the tech support page where there was no obvious link to entering a support ticket.
When this happened for you was it for a specific extension or did all of them do this the same. I will be looking into this to see if there is something we can be adding to help customers realize the nature of the activation issue.
