No Shipping Address added to paypal

Hello,
I have set-up a store and it has the checkout.php where you enter the address but it does not require the fields. Also when you do enter the information it does not send it to me in paypal. I get an item purchased but no shipping address. Paypal sends me an email showing I have cash and the item sold is listed however not address for shipping. How can I get this info required?

To ensure that the user enters values into all of the fields on the checkout form you will need to add in some validation. This can be done with the older Validation Toolkit or the newer CSS Form Builder tools.

The idea is that you would apply server validations to the page so that if the user attempts to submit the page without entering a value it will fail the validation and you can show the user a message next to the field letting them know that it is required.
