No db entries from Insert page, but yes with the Update page

No db entries from Insert page, but yes with the Update page

OK - I know I am missing something here. I have been on the forums before and have followed suggestions and gotten those issues fixed. Thanks. Looked for this one and can't see where the problem is.

Using the Insert page - all other fields get an entry posted to the db. Not the file:images.
Using the Update page - it will now post an entry to the db.

I would like to do it all from the insert page and only use the update page when there is a new image.

On the insert page, the forms encoding type must be set to multipart/form-data
