Can't preview in Browser

I've worked through the Data Assist Tutorial, made my connection to the data base and all works fine as per the tutorial, except when i want to preview my work in the brower I get a "Not Found" message with the following The requested URL /items_Search.php was not found on this server.
Apache/2.0.63 (Unix) PHP/5.2.10 DAV/2 Server at localhost Port 80

any ideas?
