File corrupted

Hi I tried to upload this DB in phpmyadmin and navicat. Both said the file is corrupted. also could there be any sample data provided as well. I've tried to use navicat to make relations but i'm not understanding.

Have you followed the PDF Documentation for Importing the SQL Script:
import_sql


We do not have any sample data, the schema described in this thread is very similar, it may help you understand the relation ships:

have you selected a schema to create the tables in? you must select a schema from the schema list.

I just opened the .SQL file in Notepad, copied the code and pasted into a new Query in Navicat. Ran just fine and created everything.
