Internal error at end of install 1.0.1
I deleted the previous version.
I can't get the update to install without getting an error right at the end of installation saying there is an "internal error, contact technical support".

What operating system are you on and what version of Dreamweaver are you using?
This Mac is running 10.4.11, Dreamweaver CS3 9
Try deleting the configuration folder for the extension manager located here:
Hard disk: Users: <Your User Name>: Library: Application Support: Adobe: Extension Manager: Configuration
Make sure you close Dreamweaver and Extension Manager before doing this.
OK ... did that.
Now Universal Email is missing from extension manager too (I installed the update this morning, and it was ok).
Form Mail will still not install and asks if I want to overwrite existing files, a lot of existing files.
If I click "yes to all" I still get the same error.
Sorry, I should've explained what that would do more clearly. Deleting the configuration folder for the extension manager has the effect of removing all the extensions that are installed. Try deleting that configuration and also the Dreamweaver configuration folder at the same time. the Dreamweaver folder is located in the same place the Extension Manager one is and it should be the Dreamweaver 9 folder.
Deleting the Dreamweaver 9 configuration folder has the effect of disabling all the extensions installed.
After doing both of these actions, you shouldn't have any conflicts when installing the first extension.
OK ... I will try this when I have time. I'm not happy about it.
I apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you.
